I don't want to comment on the other thing. I say get rid of all penalties except this: one positive test and you're ineligible for the Hall of Fame. I am pretty confident that most/all of my (our?) favorite players have played around with drugs, and that I (we) don't give a fuck if they make the HOF. If they care that much about what their (our?) grandkids think, then don't fuck around with the Party. You think anybody in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame couldn't live without being there? (did I get the double negative right? got some drugs in me tonight...)
