Parker is a Euro. His mother comes from Netherlands, he was born in Belgium and lived in France during his first 19 years !!!! If you are not French when you live 19 years in the same country I don't know what is your nationality ? He also played in all French youth team and in the national squad. I know his Father is american but he's French. Joakim Noah will also play for France and that's great !!!!
