Apologies in advance for saying that the Hornets were a disappointment because they lost Paul. They had many other problems, and were 4-2 without him. Blame it on the Okafor!Oh, and on this episode, I can always plead SPORTSTALK!!!!!
The soldiers who died at Dieppe were almost all Canadians, not British. And he's definitely held in infamy by my grandfather.
I listened to my first one of these today because I have a long ass research paper.Intriguing.Here's what I'll say about the Grizzlies, which is somewhat opposed to your guys' depiction:They are probably actually playing a little above their ceiling as currently configured. But post Iverson, and I think even more importantly after slowing down the pace, they're now 8-4. That's too high, but they could easily play about .600 ball from here out.
Simon--My bad on that. And if the laughter offended you, consider yourself the recipient of one free pogrom joke, to be redeemed at any time. And you have to admit, carnage aside, it is a pretty ridiculous historical episode.
No offence taken and no apology necessary, my comment wasn't meant to come across as angry. Mountbatten's entire life was pretty ridiculous, and a solid argument against the monarchy. In another instance of Canadian neglect, you guys didn't mention that the Raptors have been playing Calderon and Jarrett Jack together all the time.
Does the double point guard thing count with the raps...they do it by default. If the yhad a servicable 2 jack would not be getting as much run...though I like his game.Fairly fired up about Memphis and The Thunder! tonight.
Good stuff Darko! Keep up the great work on your blog. Good episode! The very start was funny there. http://hardcourtmayhem.net
