This Was Tonight

Passing of the torch? Changing of the guard? I like @giancasimiro's "game recognize game."

I love every aspect of this. Has there ever before been a team as bad as the Clippers with two players as fantastic as Blake Griffin & Eric Gordon? Are they the ultimate validation of FD principles in some way, or all ways?

To validate FD's principles at some point, wouldn't the style of Griffin and Gordon eventually have to translate to success in terms of victory?

This was a very cool moment, and it makes me long for the old NBA films days when they would have two guys from opposing teams just sit in the studio and talk over the game film. This would make for an amazing convo years from now.

They don't have to win to validate anything, from my perspective. They have to be relevant, and right now with those gravity-defying mechanics Griffin is relevant.

To STAY relevant they'll have to win probably. That's a question for depressing Spring.

wv: quely, as in quely? did I just see that?

It is quite a tweet. I have to admit that I am more into twitter than facebook and it is the other wary around on Hostpph community.
